Oceanside Tower is a 4 bedroom oceanfront villa located on the Southwest Side of Providenciales in the exclusive community known as Silly Creek Estates and Marina.

Oceanside Tower was built in 1997 and recently remodeled with the additional of a screened in porch and swimming pool. This property offers spectacular ocean views and dramatic sunsets that are indeed the order of the day .

Oceanside Tower is built on two levels with the additional of a bonus room on a third level. The furnishings have an upscale Caribbean feel and the villa is well equipment with all modern appliances. The main living area of Oceanside Tower is actually on the second level taking advantage of tropical breezes as well as the breathtaking views.

This main living area consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom*with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest 1/2 bath on the main level.

Climb the spiral staircase from the main floor level and you will find a cozy sitting area in the tower room. This is your personal crow's nest offering a perfect place to read or just gaze out to the beautiful vistas beyond. The tower room also has an additional TV and VCR.

 

A large wrap around deck and screened porch area surrounds the main floor level.

Also on this level is the 12'x30' infinity pool which gives one the feeling of floating off into the blue turquoise waters beyond.

The ground floor level consists of a three bedrooms, one full bathroom and an outdoor shower. The bed configurations on this level are two bedrooms with a set of twins (one of which can be dressed as a king and one bedroom with a queen.*) From this level it is only a few short steps to the oceans edge where you will find an easy ocean entry with a foot friendly bottom.
