Newly built Acacia Villa was designed and created with holiday rental in mind. Acacia Villa is situated in the quiet residential resort community of Leeward, on Leeward Canal. The community lies at the northeastern end of Providenciales eleven miles from the international airport. The vacation villa is situated facing east to catch the maximum tropical breeze, a large covered verandah overlooks the swimming pool for comfort in the cool shade or in the sun as you prefer.

The open living/dining/great room features comfortable quality furnishings with a large screen television and VHS/DVD/CD players. Cable TV and a library of DVD and VHS films are available. Phone for dial-up internet access is provided.

Complete kitchen with modern appliances includes dish washer, microwave and all the accessories necessary to prepare meals to enjoy at either inside or outside dining areas.

Two queen size bedrooms with baths en suite for privacy are located at opposite ends of the vacation villa - each bedroom suite opens to the large covered verandah and deck overlooking the private fresh-water swimming pool. Air-conditioning is an option*.

Leeward Marina offering boating excursions and a restaurant, just a 5 minute walk from the vacation villa. At Leeward Marina you can book boating excursions to Iguana Island, snorkeling, fishing, eco-tour kayaking, or jump off to other island adventures.

Several public beach accesses are available to Grace Bay Beach. The closest is one mile away. The villa is on a paved road in a good location for jogging or biking.
