	Alamandra is a high end vacation rental located in Silly Creek Estates on the southwestern end of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. This 4,000 sq ft, ocean front home combines the ultimate luxury in both inside and outside living space. This villa is one of the most unique homes in all of Providenciales with spectacular ocean views from every vantage point. You will find attention to detail in every corner of the property. Alamandra exudes a feeling of tranquility and elegance. This upscale island home features clean, simple lines enhancing the stunning architecture and luxurious interiors.


A Japanese style gate opens up to spectacular views and three separate pavilions. The main pavilion has the great room, kitchen & pantry, full laundry and a powder room. The master pavilion houses the master suite with indoor/outdoor shower and private patio. The guest pavilion has two rooms which open up to the pool area, and another larger room with a private patio; directly off these rooms is a shared room which has the two sleeper sofas. This room contains wet bar area with a refrigerator and closet washer and dryer. The villa features four air conditioned bedrooms, four bathrooms and the bed configuration is one king, two rooms with two full beds in each room, and one Queen . Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.



There is 4,000 sq ft outdoor living space with lush vegetation and plants surrounding the infinity edge swimming pool and deck. Pool is able to be heated for an extra fee. Foot friendly entry into the ocean is easy via the walkway from the house and boat dock. The views from the deck and pool are awe inspiring and the sunsets are guaranteed to be the perfect ending to your perfect day in paradise.

Christmas and New Year (two week minimum rental)	$14,000/week
*Exception is the week of US Thanksgiving, which will rent for high season rates.
