Swimming pools:
Large Pool: 170 feet long, 24 feet wide on average and from 4 to 8.5 feet deep.
Small Pool: 24 feet long, 15 feet wide and 4 feet deep.
Both pools can be heated (if desired).

Gated estate, alarm system and safe in each room.

Staff:
1 maid lives on site and a second can be added (function of occupancy)
