Bella Sur Mer is a four bedroom villa located on the west end of Grace Bay beach referred to as Turtle Cove beach, in Providenciales (Provo) . Within a 10 minute walk is Turtle Cove Marina, home to some of the best restaurants in Provo as well as many fishing and diving operations.
You couldn't be in a better location! 40 steps from the house to the sand – another 20 steps to the ocean!!! Swim out a ways and you are right in the middle of some of the best snorkeling on Provo. You are also a short swim away from "Smith’s Reef" one the premiere snorkeling areas of Provo. Smith’s Reef features a snorkeling trail established by the National Parks Systems which identifies the coral and sea life you might encounter along the trail.
Bella Sur Mer has a pool, pool deck and gazebo which have become one of the most popular features of the property. This elevated structure, situated halfway between the house and the beach, houses a 16'x20' pool, covered gazebo and large pool deck and provides great views of the ocean and shoreline. The pool also includes an 8'x8' shallow baby pool that flows into the main pool. The covered gazebo and large freshwater pool and sun deck area provide the venue for fun family relaxation along with great views of the ocean and shoreline
This 2800 sq. ft beach house is decorated in an eclectic Caribbean style. The colorful hues of the walls and furnishings reflect the upbeat mood of Bella Sur Mer.
Upstairs you will find a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with ensuite baths. The dining area is situated on the large wrap around screened in deck to take full advantage of the spectacular views.
Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small sitting/kitchen area. The downstairs also features a large native stone patio. A pathway through a very established garden area leads right to the sea. A spiral staircase connects the upstairs and the downstairs bedrooms.
The bed configurations are a king and a set of twins upstairs and a king and a set of twins downstairs. Both sets of twin beds can be dressed as a king for greater flexibility. The bedrooms are air conditioned.
Bella Sur Mer offers privacy as well as a centralized location right on the beach.

The renter is responsible for all electricity used during their stay beyond 250 kilowatts. The property manager will show the renter the electric meter upon check in and check out. The electricity will be billed back to the renter at market rate + 12% tax. Payment should be made to the property manager prior to departure from the island. Cash only please.
