This villa is ocean front with a private low tide beach. Wade through the water just a short way and you will be on the beautiful , white sand beach of Sapodilla Bay. This villa provides both beach access and privacy.

The property consists of a three bedroom main house and a two bedroom guest cottage, thus accommodating 10 people comfortably. The main house features a large living area which is open and spacious , surrounded by a large outdoor terrace. It consists of a formal living and dining room; an informal inside lounging area; a large, fully-equipped kitchen; an air-conditioned study and three air-conditioned bedrooms each with ensuite baths, and ocean views. The bed configuration is one king, one queen and one set of twins. Outside of the main house is a covered fresh water sitting pool. The main house comfortably sleeps from six.

The swimming pool sits between the main house and the guest house and features a covered dining and lounging area .

The foot friendly entry into the ocean is effortless and it is just a short
wade through the water to the end of Sapodilla Bay Beach.

Guest Cottage

The main house and the guest cottage are connected via a walkway. The guest house consists of an apartment size kitchen, sitting area and two air conditioned bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The bed configuration is two queens.

The property provides great flexibility in that it can be rented as a 5 bedroom property for large groups or the main house and guest cottage can be rented separately. (The main house and guest cottage will not be rented simultaneously to different groups).
