Villa Rockspray is a unique two bedroom, two bathroom Turks and Caicos villa rental perched over the water’s edge on beautiful Chalk Sound. Chalk Sound has been designated as a sanctuary (one step beyond a National Park) by the Turks and Caicos Government because of its pristine beauty and natural habitat for many of the island fish and birds. Villa Rockspray sits on the end of a peninsula with stunning 300 degree views of Chalk Sound in all directions.

Villa Rockspray features many high end finishes including Brazilian wood kitchen cabinets and wooden counter tops. The great room consists of the living and dining room and a well equipped kitchen.

There is ample deck space around the villa for outside dining and sun bathing and kayaks are provided to explore the protected waters of Chalk Sound.

The bedrooms are on either side of the great room offering privacy to guests. Each bedroom is furnished with a King Size bed. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom and both are air conditioned.*
