Villa Patricia is a newly renovated ocean front home located on the Southwest portion of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos in an upscale neighborhood known as Ocean Point. The renovation was lovingly supervised  by the interior designer /owner making the  attention to detail and high end finishes evident everywhere you look.  Villa Patricia is one of the few houses on island built from native stone and the result is a combination of unique island style architecture combined with all modern amenities.  The interior of the home offers a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, inside dining area, living room, a large screened porch.  Outside you will find a cliff top gazebo and plenty of living area. Villa Patricia is comprised of a two bedroom/ two bathroom main house and a separate one bedroom efficiency guest suite.  The property can be rented in its entirety as a two bedroom main house with guest suite, or the two bedroom main house can be rented on its own(in this case the guest suite would remain locked and empty).  The one bedroom/one bathroom guest suite has its own kitchenette  and sitting area . Guest House Views, views everywhere from this Villa Patricia as she is perched on a cliff and looks out over crystal clear, turquoise blue waters offering panoramic views in every direction.  This end of the island has some of the best sunsets in Provo and at Villa Patricia you have your own front row seat complete with perfect viewing platform. One of the most outstanding features of this property is the outdoor gazebo perched on top of the cliff with the most amazing views in all of Provo. This outdoor living space is completed by plenty of open deck and a swimming pool. There are steps from the property down to the ocean with a swim dock for easy access into the water. This is one of the few Ocean Point Homes with its own private low tide beach at the bottom of the steps leading into ocean.  Taylor Bay Beach , a beautiful horseshoe shaped white sand beach, is just a short two minute walk from Villa Patricia.
