Villa Palermo is located on the South Shore of Providenciales in an area referred to as "Turtle Tail". This upscale 4,000 sq.ft. property is situated on 1.3 acres with 210' of oceanfront. The villa sits approximately 10 paces from the shoreline where a pathway leads down to the ocean making for convenient water entry. The interior design of this up scale villa is an eclectic combination of imported antiques, rare woods and wicker, giving the villa an early Colonial Caribbean ambiance. The villa is comprised of 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and all air conditioned*. The bed configuration is 2 kings, 1 queen and 1 set of twins.

In addition to the four bedrooms, this spacious accommodation includes a gourmet kitchen, with pass through to the upper terrace, a sitting room, dining porch and loggia. The upper terrace is connected to a shallow "play" pool ideal for children or lounging adults. The play pool spills down to the 45' long lap pool, leading down to the lower terrace and ocean beyond. Villa Palermo can be rented as either a 3 bedroom or 4-bedroom accommodation, sleeps 6-8 people. Renting this villa in the 3-bedroom configuration does not allow for the use of the Master Bedroom.
