This private oceanfront villa nestles in a half acre of tropical gardens and enjoys panoramic views of the turquoise water of the Caicos Banks. From the large decks, you can laze by the 48 foot free-form freshwater swimming pool or enjoy an unobstructed vista of iridescent turquoise waters, azure skies and the distant harbor.
Laze to the sound of the sea lapping the shoreline below, or walk down the steps to the large sea-level deck, and take the steps into the water for swimming and snorkeling.
Inside the villa, you will find a professionally designed décor with terra cotta floors, wood paneled walls, and 25 foot cathedral ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and more. Additionally, there is a large flat panel television, a DVD player, and a portable bluetooth speaker for guest use. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. A local cell phone (pre-pay) is provided so that you can keep in touch
Mariposa has three lovely bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. One bedroom has a king size bed, one has a queen size, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom is cooled by the wonderful ocean breezes or there is individual air conditioning for each bedroom.
Taylor Bay, a large crescent-shaped beach with sugar-white sand which is almost always deserted, is a two–minute stroll from the villa’s private driveway. Enjoy a dip in the shallow, calm waters that are ideal for children or enjoy a romantic sunset stroll.
