This three bedroom, two bathroom 2,000 sq. ft villa is built to take full advantage of the breathtaking ocean views and awe inspiring sunsets which can be seen from almost every vantage point both inside and outside the villa.

Water's Edge is decorated in a casual Caribbean style that provides atropical atmosphere. The villa is colorfully furnished with many pieces of artwork from Haiti and other Caribbean countries.

Water's Edge is also built ,with its various outdoor eating and sitting areas, to take advantage of an outdoor lifestyle so typical of life in
the Caribbean.

You enter the villa through a covered breezeway which also serves as an outdoor dining area.

To the right of the breezeway you will find the bedrooms. The master bedroom is ocean side with doors that open up to a private balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom.

The two guest bedrooms share a centrally located bathroom and consist of one bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom
with a set of twins. These twins can also be joined together and dressed as a king.

To the left of the breezeway is the great room which consists of a modern kitchen as well as an indoor dining and living area.

Off of the great room is a screened veranda offering additional sitting and dining space.

Straight through the breezeway is the 10’x28’ foot pool, which stretches out towards the ocean. Off of the pool deck is a short pathway with steps leading into the sea.

Water's Edge comes complete with all major appliances and cable TV.

All of the bedrooms are air conditioned.
