Beach House
The Beach House is a stunning 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom luxury beachfront retreat, this villa is newly renovated and sits directly on one of Providenciales most beautiful beaches, Taylor Bay Beach.
The home is a 5,400 sq/ft home with 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (4 full/2 half); including its own guest house, volleyball court, SUP’s, pool, and white sand beach. And if you want to explore the island, the home is a 15-minute drive to Provo’s resort area, known as Grace Bay, with restaurants, shopping and attractions.
The villa is comprised of one main building which houses the kitchen, dining room, living room, den, master bedroom, second bedroom, and the bunk room. The 4th bedroom is in the guest house which also has its own kitchen and living area.
Luxurious open living space is decorated in a soft and soothing palette, with doors that can be opened for continuous enjoyment of the turquoise water.
The bed configuration is one king, two queens (one of which is in the guest house) and a bunkroom consisting of two sets of bunk beds with single’s on top and full size mattresses on the bottom. There is also a queen pull out sofa located in the guest house and a queen pull out sofa in the library of main house.
Taylor Bay Beach is just steps away from the house. It’s a beautiful cove with shallow waters that offer a child-safe retreat in a lovely setting. You’ll find secluded, sugar white sand and ankle to knee deep ocean for hundreds of feet out. Beach House has direct beach access with side lounge chairs, sun canopy and outdoor daybeds.
