Villa Palermo is located on the South Shore of Providenciales in an area referred to as "Turtle Tail". This upscale 4,000 sq.ft. property is situated on 1.3 acres with 210' of oceanfront. The villa sits approximately 100 paces from the shoreline where a pathway leads down to the ocean making for convenient water entry.
The interior design of this up scale villa is an eclectic combination of imported antiques, rare woods and wicker, giving the villa an early Colonial Caribbean ambiance.
In addition to four bedrooms, this spacious accommodation includes a kitchen, with pass through to the upper terrace, a sitting room, dining porch and loggia.
The upper terrace is connected to a shallow "play" pool ideal for children or lounging adults. The play pool spills down to the 45' long lap pool, leading down to the lower terrace and ocean beyond.
The villa is comprised of 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and all air conditioned*. The bed configuration is 2 kings, 1 queen and 1 set of twins. In addition Villa Palermo has a bonus room that can be used as a 5th bedroom or office space. This bonus room has a sleeper sofa perfect for sleeping one or two children.
