This newly decorated 2 story house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, spacious sitting area, fitness room and fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances, washer/dryer, and basic essentials for home cooking.
One notable feature of Sunnyside Villa is the large screened in porch which opens up to a patio and in ground swimming pool. The deck area comes complete with an outside grill.
Bed configuration is one king and two queens.
Sunnyside Villa sits back from one of the most spectacular beaches in Providenciales. This beach is approximately a 10 minute walk or quick drive away for the property. Sunnyside is in a convenient location, very near to Leeward Marina home to various diving, fishing an excursion operators and just a 5 minute drive away from the golf course, the casino and a number of the islands best restaurants and grocery stores.
