Tivoli Villa is a 6 bedroom/ 6 bathroom villa located at the head of the Pinta Waterway in the exclusive Columbus Haven section of Leeward. This Villa is an eclectic residence offering both space and seclusion.
From the impressive Great Room, enjoy peaceful views of the waterway which is often a refuge for young turtles.
Just off the great room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 12.
Also on the ground floor is an immaculate master suite and master bathroom. The master suite has its own private access to the villa's spacious pool deck and outdoor areas.
The ground floor also houses a wheelchair-accessible bedroom with two twin beds and a whellchair-accessible bathroom.
Upstairs is the Grand Master Suite which features superlative vistas from its waterfront patio.
Also on the second floor are three other spacious king bedrooms - each with its own views and private balconies.
Outside, enjoy the newly renovated swimming pool, chaises, and covered alfresco dining area.
At the dock, you will find kayaks and paddleboards for guests' use. (Lifejackets are mandatory.)
The ambiance is one of space enhanced by extensive grounds. Within walking distance of Tivoli Villa you will find restaurants, boat excursion operators, and convenience stores. A ten-minute drive away is the busy center of Grace Bay with its many retail shops, casinos, and restaurants.
