Reef Tides is a spectacular Turks and Caicos vacation villa set in over one acre of carefully landscaped grounds with more than 200 feet of ocean frontage and a low-tide beach. Because Reef Tides faces a shallow reef within the Princess Alexandra Marine Park, it insures guests have access to a secluded snorkeling area thanks to limited boat activity on this pristine reef.

Follow one path to a thatched gazebo and the low-tide beach from where you can enjoy swimming and snorkelling among the small corals close by. Follow another path to a secret ocean lookout. Yet another footpath leads to a self-contained yoga studio( Private yoga instruction is available by arrangement) built from island cut stone. This is a garden designed for hide-and-seek.

Reef Tides is a gracious open-plan Caribbean pod-style villa with four en-suite bedrooms built around 41’x18’ freshwater swimming pool, designed to showcase the magnificent ocean view. This 4,000 sq ft. house is situated very centrally in one of Provo’s most prestigious neighbourhoods ensuring all amenities and the airport are no more than a 5 to 10 minute drive away. Babalua Beach, a quiet white sandy beach, is a short stroll from the house. Thanks to Reef Tides’ elevated position, pleasant breezes and comfortable temperatures can be enjoyed all year round.

Outside on the main level there are a variety of relaxed sofas and armchairs around the pool patio which guests might select according to the sun’s position or whether you want to see pelicans dipping into the ocean or the sun setting over the horizon. There is a large outdoor dining table to seat 10.

You step up to the house through elegant cathedral-arch wooden front doors into the main level where tropical courtyard gardens and covered terracotta walkways lead to the main bedroom pods.
Mirror-image master bedrooms* with full en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds are to the east and west, each with its own private balcony to enjoy your early morning coffee. The third bedroom* with en-suite bathroom and queen-size bed enjoys an uninterrupted view of the ocean on the west side of the house while the large well-equipped eat-in kitchen is to the east. The spacious indoor family room occupies a central position and offers a comfortable sitting area for TV or movie watching and a more formal dining option for up to 10 guests. An exterior staircase leads down to the fourth bedroom suite* with en-suite bathroom and queen-size bed and a sitting area large enough to accommodate a child’s cot (crib) or rollaway bed.
