Villa Cassis is a new, modern 3 bedroom 3 bath vacation rental on the turquoise waters of the Leeward canal situated in the gated community of Leeward. This luxury villa offers spacious indoor and outdoor living for your relaxed Caribbean vacation. Every room has large glass doors that open to the generous waterfront terrace with its infinity pool, palm trees, umbrellas and lounge chairs.
If you’re a water enthusiast this villa has easy access to the canal for swimming, paddle boards and kayaks. The world acclaimed Grace Bay beach is only a 5 minute bike or car ride away.
The great room with its vaulted ceilings and large glass doors that open to a covered terrace has an open seating area with sectional and lounge chairs to enjoy conversation, listen to music or watch a movie. It also features a formal dining area, breakfast bar and adjoining covered terrace with additional seating and dining options.
At night you can close off the terrace using the retractable no-see-um screen and continue to enjoy bug free outdoor living in the warm tropical breeze. The fully equipped kitchen is just off the great room, featuring high end appliances, a gas stove/oven, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and a center island breakfast bar. The open concept is designed so family and friends can stay connected.
The villa has three large bedroom suites each with king beds, ensuite baths, large built-in closets, and televisions. All suites have pool and canal views and direct access to the terrace and pool. The master suite also has a private outdoor shower and covered terrace while the other two bedrooms have charming pergola covered semi-private terraces. Bedrooms have large jalousie windows that can open to let in the evening breeze without compromising security.
The bed configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed size, en-suite bathroom with stand alone rain shower, private outdoor rain shower, dual vanity, walk in closet, safe, ceiling fan, access to terrace with covered outdoor seating area.
Bedroom 2: King bed size, en-suite bathroom with stand alone rain shower, private outdoor rain shower, dual vanity, walk in closet, safe, ceiling fan, access to terrace with pergola covered outdoor seating area.
Bedroom 3: King size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/bathtub combo, large closet, television, ceiling fan, access to terrace with pergola covered outdoor seating area.
Your vacation to Turks and Caicos wouldn’t be complete without spending time in the beautiful turquoise water and at the beach, so the villa has also been equipped with 2 tandem kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, and assorted beach chairs and umbrellas. Additional equipment can be rented from the water sport outfitter 5-minutes’ walk away.
This location is just a 5 minute walk to Leeward marina with restaurants, hotel and excursions, 5 minute walk to Big Blue Unlimited Aquatic and Eco Adventure Tours ,5 minute drive to TCI Ferry Services, 5 minute drive to Kiteboarding , 6 minute drive to the Ports of Call and Regent Village areas where you will find grocery stores, shops and restaurants ,6 minute drive to Provo Golf Club, and 5 minute bike or car ride to Grace Bay, Emerald Point and Pelican Beach.
