Located on the south side of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, Alainn Villa (Irish/Gaelic meaning beautiful) sits on the water’s edge of the Chalk Sound National Park. This newly built luxurious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa was carefully laid out to take maximum advantage of its incredible setting and views of the ever changing turquoise color water of Chalk Sound.
Alainn Villa has an open floor design concept with the family, dining, and kitchen area featuring 32 feet of sliding glass doors that open up to the patio and pool area. This villa is designed to seamlessly blend indoor/outdoor living featuring breathtaking views of Chalk Sound.
The spacious, fully equipped custom kitchen boasts Cambria countertops, island, and backsplash (designed and built on the island), 6 burner gas Wolf stove, wine cooler, 2 Fisher Paykel dishwasher drawers, and a coffee bar with a Jura espresso machine. There is a large dining table that comfortably seats 10 . The Sonos wireless sound system throughout the house and poolside deck will add to your outdoor relaxation enjoyment of the elevated panoramic Chalk Sound views.
• Bedroom 1 (Master1): King bed with sliding glass doors which open onto the main deck, pool and views of Chalk Sound. The en-suite bathroom features a dressing area and walk-in shower with pebble-floor and double sinks. Large flat screen TV, custom walk-in closet and dresser, air conditioner.
• Bedroom 2 (Master2): King bed, large flat screen TV, dresser. custom closet, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, pebble floor, single sink, air conditioner.
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, custom closet, air conditioner and ocean/lush garden vegetation views. Shares a Jack and Jill tub/shower with bedroom 4.
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed, dresser, custom closet, air conditioner and beautiful ocean views. Shares a jack and Jill tub/shower bathroom with suite 3.
All bedrooms have Custom Westin Hotel Mattress’s and Box springs with premium bedding.
Chalk Sound is noted as one of the finest areas in the Turks and Caicos for paddle water sports. There are kayaks at Alainn Villa for those guests who want to explore the ocean cays.
Taylor Bay, a 5 minute drive from the villa, is very shallow, calm and clear and is consequently an excellent beach choice when visiting with small children. Sapodilla Bay,, a 10 minute drive from the villa, is a small sheltered cove that offers shallow water.
