BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Upon receipt of this confirmation of booking, The above villa will be put on soft hold for 2 working days. During this time a 50% deposit is required to hold the booking as firm. A confirmation fax or e mail will be sent to you outlining your payment options . The balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.

 

GOVERNMENT TAX:

PLEASE NOTE that all villa rental bookings are now subject to a 12% accommodation tax. This amendment to section 3 of the Hotel and Restaurant (Taxation) Ordinance was passed by the Legislative Council of the Turks and Caicos Government and came into effect July 1, 2013. This tax will be payable at the time the balance is paid on the booking.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The renter may cancel and get a full refund up to 60 days prior to arrival, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the moneys paid or $200 whichever is greater. Within 60 days of arrival and over Christmas week and/or New Year Holiday week, refund is subject to re-letting the property. If the property is re-let , the renter will be reimbursed in an amount equivalent to the new rental fee less the administrative fee. The purchase of travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations is recommended. The completion and return of this form indicates your acceptance and understanding of the cancellation policy.
