Breezy Palms Villa
Breezy Palms Villa is located in the quiet southwest corner of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands and situated on the edge of scenic Chalk Sound National Park, a Turks and Caicos Islands wildlife sanctuary.
These turquoise waters are home to many varieties of birds and fish, as well as iguana, and contain over 100 small islands. The views of Chalk Sound from Breezy Palms are truly spectacular. This protected environment is a favorite spot on the island to kayak or paddle board.
This 4 bedroom, 3½ bath villa is over 3,000 square feet and the main part of the house is comprised of a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms .
Breezy Palms also features a self-contained one bedroom apartment on the lower level, and a separate games room complete with pool table and ½ bath. The bed configuration in the main part of the house consists of one king in the master bedroom, which also has a jetted tub and a private balcony, and one queen bed and one set of twins that can be combined to make a king in the guest bedrooms. There is also another full bath on this level.
The self- contained apartment is comprised of a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a queen-sized bed. It also has a sofa bed in the sitting area which is queen-sized. The apartment is separate and has an exterior connection to the main part of the house. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
One of the features of Breezy Palms Villa is the infinity edge pool on the edge of Chalk Sound National Park. You can also enter Chalk Sound directly from the villa. Both Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay Beach are 5-7 minute drive from the villa.
