Located in Sunset Bay Development on the Southwest side of Providenciales, this charming home was completed in February of 2005. Casa De Isle consists of a main house with a lookout room upstairs and an efficiency apartment located on the ground level. The main house upstairs and the apartment downstairs are separated by poured concrete floors, providing privacy for both.
The house comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, TV , DVD, stereo, CD player and BBQ grill.
The main house has two bedrooms with queen size beds and lookout room with full size bed, full kitchen, living area, swimming pool and patio.
The apartment is a large efficiency apartment with a queen size bed, bathroom, well equipped kitchen, sitting area and patio. The apartment is only rented when the main house is not unless rented in conjunction with the main house. Caretakers/owners will be resident in the apartment from approximately October to May each year.
Casa de Isle has ocean views and is an easy 3 minute walk to Taylor Bay Beach.
