Located directly on the northwest end of beautiful Grace Bay Beach (also known as Turtle Cove Beach), Turks and Caicos Islands, this 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom villa is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches on island.
The design of the home, on 3 stories , provides both space and privacy, as well as fantastic ocean views . The upper story consists of large open plan living area with tropical furnishings and entertainment center featuring TV , VCR and DVD players. Sliding glass doors allow the sea view to dominate the room while also providing cool breezes. From the living area walk through to the fully equipped kitchen. The dining room is a step away from the kitchen and overlooks the pool deck below and Turtle Cove Marina just a short stroll away . The upper deck is also partially covered to provide shaded areas for relaxing and dining .
The second floor accommodates the master bedroom with ocean view and private patio surrounded by lush landscaping . The bedroom is complete with King Size bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom featuring tub and shower.
Two additional bedrooms are also situated on this floor and comprise one Queen Size bedroom and one with twin beds, both finished with bright and cheerful tropical style furnishings. A second bathroom with shower is also on this level.
The ground floor consists of two units each with en suite bathroom, private sitting area and shared kitchen. This level provides additional privacy for those members of your group who may need it, while still being close to the rest of the party .
From the pool area take a short stroll through the garden to the powder white sand of Grace Bay . Soak up the sun from the privacy of your own raised sunbathing deck or enjoy a shady retreat in the beachside gazebo.
