The renter is responsible for all electricity used during their stay. The property manager will show the renter the electric meter upon check-in and both shall witness the readings before and after the rental. The cost of the usage will be given to the renter before their departure. Payment should be made to the property manager prior to departure from the island. Payment may be made in cash or credit card (A service fee is charged on the island for credit card usage.) A $400 per week electricity allowance will be given to guests to include the air conditioning.
