Villa Blue Waters is built in Caribbean style with two levels of indoor and outdoor living space. The upper level consists of 2 master bedrooms with king size beds, each with an ensuite bathroom. There are also a spacious living room and a newly renovated kitchen on this level. The villa is well equipped with all major appliances, washer and dryer, kitchenware, linens, laundry, TV and stereo and wireless internet. The living room and kitchen are separated by the bar with 4 comfy barstools for casual dining. The outdoor living space begins on this level with a large porch which opens directly from the living area. The porch features a comfortable sitting area and a dining area and a spectacular ocean view. The two levels are connected by an external staircase.
Villa Blue Waters features three bedrooms, each with air conditioning**. Two of the three bedrooms are master suites with king size beds, the third bedroom has a set of twin beds that can be combined to make a third king.
The lower level houses the 3rd bedroom and a den. The den and the third bedroom are connected via the downstairs bathroom which opens to both rooms. The lower level has a separate entrance and cannot be accessed internally from the upper level.

The outdoor living space continues on the lower level where you will find the sparkling pool and pool deck, lounge chairs, outside table and BBQ grill.
Beyond the pool lies the entry into the crystal clear ocean.
Keep an eye out for local fishermen passing by. They can sometimes be waved to the beach in front of Blue Waters and you can purchase fresh fish and lobster in season.
